The Supreme Court of Ohio appointed Attorney David Dingwell to serve a second term as a Commissioner on the Ohio Supreme Court’s Board of Professional Conduct.
The Board of Professional Conduct is a board of 28 lawyers, judges, and lay persons all appointed by the justices of the Ohio Supreme Court to hear cases involving attorney discipline. The Board makes recommendations to the Court with regard to findings and proposed discipline for the attorneys. Attorney Dingwell will be finishing the final year of his first term this December and will start his second three year term on January 1, 2015.
