MASSILLON, OHIO: The city of Massillon and Affinity Medical Center operators reached a proposed settlement on Thursday, February 1, 2018, allowing the city to acquire more than $25 million worth of property and medical equipment. Later that evening, Massillon City Council members unanimously voted 9-0 to secure the acquisition of Affinity Medical Center.
