Your New Year’s Resolution: Get Your Estate Plan in Order!
Hunter G. Miller is an associate attorney with our firm. His areas of practice include Commercial Litigation; Estate, Trust, and Wealth Planning; Estate, Trust and Probate Administration; Estate, Trust and Probate Litigation; Business Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, and Legal Malpractice.
Mr. Miller is a native of New Castle, Pennsylvania. After graduating valedictorian from Shenango High School, he went on to graduate with Honors from The Pennsylvania State University – University Park in 2019, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Minors in both Spanish and Chemistry. During his time at Penn State, Mr. Miller was a member of the Schreyer Honors College and conducted high-level research in the field of organic transistors.
In 2022, Mr. Miller graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Akron School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate and his Intellectual Property Law Certificate. While at Akron Law, Mr. Miller was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, participating in appellate argument competitions across the United States. As a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Mr. Miller finished fifth overall in the nation at the 2021 August A. Rendigs, Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Competition.
Since that time, Mr. Miller has worked to obtain justice for his clients both in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Miller’s background and experience allow him to conquer a wide array of complex legal issues, particularly in the overlap between estate and wealth planning and the commercial sector. Such experience in both estate planning and in business matters position him uniquely to develop outside-of-the-box solutions for those with a large portfolio of assets or complex business transactions to take into consideration. Further, his understanding of various practice areas allow him to be an effective litigator in situations where estate or business disputes arise, as well as those situations where an individual has been injured due to the negligent acts or malpractice of another.
