Attorney Bio
Tyler Speer is an associate attorney with our firm. His practice includes commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, corporate transactions, business planning, trucking accidents, workers’ comp, and industrial injuries.
Tyler is a native of the Akron-Canton area, and he graduated summa cum laude from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy. Tyler went on to graduate summa cum laude from The University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated as valedictorian.
While in law school, Tyler was recognized for his written and oral advocacy skills when he represented Akron Law at the New York University Immigration Law Competition in New York City, and was recognized for his legal scholarship when he had an article published in the Akron Law Review, titled Working Through the Danger of the Work-From-Home Model and Workers’ Compensation: Employer Liability for Remote Work Injuries.
